Tiffany L. Evans has been with the Newman & Evans, APC (formerly “Newman & Oldwin”) since 2001 helping to protect the constitutional rights of the accused. Ms. Evans’ journey began as a legal secretary to Mr. Newman and his late partner, Leonard E. Oldwin, Jr. In 2013 Ms. Evans graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and was admitted to the California State Bar that same year.
Ms. Evans primary focus of practice is Criminal Defense. Ms. Evans has passionately advocated on behalf of her clients in a variety of cases, to include: Misdemeanors, Felonies, DUI’s (including DMV Hearings), Probation Violations, Expungments, P.C. 1026.5 & P.C. 2970 civil commitment proceedings, CONREP proceedings, Parole Board Hearings, Certificates of Rehabilitation and Pardons.
Ms. Evans is a member of the following professional organizations: California State Bar, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, Solano County Bar Association and Solano County Barristers.
Ms. Evans is married to a U.S. Veteran of 20+ years and maintains close military relations.
